I focus on dry installations like high-quality artificial turf, composite decking, and weather-resistant pergolas. These materials allow me to transform a standard concrete balcony into a lush, comfortable hangout spot in just a few days without any heavy construction work. My approach is simple: I build spaces for living, not just for looking. Whether it is a compact balcony or a sprawling terrace, I start by understanding how you want to use the area. Do you need a quiet corner for morning tea, a rugged play zone for your children, or an evening party deck with custom lighting? **Creating a Safe Space for Kids** I often hear parents say their kids are stuck in front of screens or malls. I design gardens to change that. By using soft, high-density artificial grass and safe, non-toxic materials, I create areas where children can feel the soil, look for butterflies, and run around safely. **Practical Solutions for Chennai Homes** I know the local climate and common concerns. Every design I create respects your existing structure: * **Drainage First:** My installations prioritize water flow. I use dry-lay methods for decks and turf, ensuring your original waterproofing remains untouched. * **Weather-Proofing:** I use UV-resistant vertical gardens and weather-proof pergola designs. Materials like bamboo, WPC, and treated MS are selected to withstand the sun and rain while remaining low-maintenance. * **Lighting and Decor:** Lighting defines the mood. I integrate warm, subtle LED strips and waterproof spikes to ensure the space is usable and welcoming even after sunset. Whether you have a specific vision or just want a small green corner, I am happy to work with whatever budget you have. Let us create a spot where you can actually enjoy the outdoors. ## About Rosemary Habitat I believe nature is essential for children and adults alike, not just a luxury.
